Voron’s team was responsible for providing ergonomic design recommendations for the form and physical interfaces for all touch points as well as the usability analysis/validation. His team placed such great importance on the design and effectiveness of these physical touch points, of repetitive consumer engagement, that they began referring to them as jewels. This was a suitable name as they were often the most expensive and precious form elements on the product.
