Dolby is an eclectic group of scientists, engineers and creatives. To be successful our employees need not only the best tools but also an environment that allows them to be creative, get inspired, work more effectively, and take pride in that work.
In 2015, the company relocated its corporate offices in San Francisco to 1275 Market Street. Vince and his team led the external architecture firm, Gensler, during the construction and then took on the interior design and artwork commissioning to ensure that the Dolby’s heritage was brought to life in a modern manner that was appropriate too the long culture of art and science that grew out of a family run company.
The result is a workplace environment that is intrinsically Dolby — one that fosters both individual creativity and teamwork, that enables practical problem solving, encourages intellectual curiosity, and inspires the future.
